Perched at the top of the Verdugo Mountains, all the way north on Magnolia Boulevard towering over the city of Burbank, is the most famous and welcoming landmark that is not to be missed when visiting Burbank. The Castaway, remains the city’s go to event, dinner, special occasions, and the unparalleled view of Burbank and Los Angeles. The monthly wine pairing dinners are a must. I’ve been to two so far, and have enjoyed not only the wine tasting, gourmet cuisine, but meeting really great, nice people. A fun, fantastic experience that you can go to alone, or with friends.
