Custom-Designed 6,800 Pound Stone-Bed Oven is Now Installed!

 

PizzaRev, a Los Angeles based fast-casual artisan pizza concept, is getting closer to the Grand Opening of a flagship location in the heart of Burbank, CA. “PizzaRev’s custom-designed three-ton stone-hearth oven is installed, and we’re fired-up to start serving pizzas soon in Burbank!” said Irv Zuckerman Co-CEO of PizzaRev. The location will sit in the heart of Burbank’s vibrant shopping and entertainment district, at the intersection of E. Palm Ave. & N. San Fernando Blvd., and is expected to open in December. Partner & COO Nicholas Eckerman has announced the first Hiring Fair for the new location. “We expect to add up to 30 jobs to the local economy with our opening, and we are excited to meet the newest members of the PizzaRev family. The positive energy of our staff and attention to great customer service has been one of the hallmarks of our success,” Eckerman stated.

Starting with PizzaRev’s original homemade dough, guests are empowered to “Craft Your Own,” customizing a personal-sized 11” pizza by choosing favorites from a tempting menu of flavorful sauces, delicious cheeses, and over 30+ fresh toppings, all on display and assembled before your eyes in any combination for under 8 bucks. “Your idea of the perfect pizza is unique to you, so we let our guests choose whatever they’d like to add to their pizzas for one affordable price,” said Eckerman. Once crafted, your pizza is placed in PizzaRev’s state of the art open-flame stone-hearth oven, where temperatures can exceed 900 degrees, and is served piping hot in under 3 minutes.
