Memorial Day – Grand Prix Classic Jumping Show

The Memorial Day Classic Jump at the Los Angeles Equestrian Center exhibited some nice talent.   Attracting horse lovers from around the country for over 30 years, this year was another exciting event.

Horses and riders displayed their speed, agility, and quick thinking while negotiating a grand prix jumping course on LAEC’s historic grass Cricket Field, flying over jumps as high as 5’0”, and over a wide water jump.

Kids and families enjoyed listening to the Harmony Vocal Ensemble –a touring professional youth group, watch a talented K9 handler and dog strut their stuff as part of LEG’s partnership with the Hoof and Woof Walk, and get the riders autograph!
